Our Dynasty Collection Japanese Santoku Knife is the versatile tool you'll come to rely on for all your culinary needs. Our Japanese chef knife features a 7-inch razor sharp San Mai stainless steel blade forged using traditional Japanese techniques.
Known as the chef knife's Japanese cousin, the Santoku is slightly smaller, lighter, and offers a more precise cut. Our blade is formidably sharp, rust-resistant, and balanced, making it perfect for cutting, chopping, and dicing fruit, vegetables, and meat. Its fine slicing capabilities make it ideal for creating fine slices, ideal for sashimi or sushi.
The Dynasty Series Chef Knife features an elegant, dark, carbonized rosewood handle, purposefully shaped for a firm and comfortable grip. Bespoke TCG pins enhance both style and performance, making this knife a pleasure to use for slicing and dicing meats and vegetables.
We combined Japanese AUS-10 high carbon stainless steel with two layers of softer stainless steel to create a hardened effect. This results in a blade that offers extra support, protects against corrosion, and maintains the ease of sharpening a high carbon knife. The outcome is a devastatingly sharp, rust-resistant Japanese knife that will last a lifetime.
